There are times in our kids life when they want to help doing things around the house. I think it makes them feel "big" and "grown-up",and as a parents, eventhough,their "help" means more and longer work for us, we always "appreciate" their help. :)
Here is Kendrick helped me cooked scrambled egg for him. These pictures was two years though.

Let them help as long as they want, when they grow up they'll have other things to do, even if we ask baka di na tumulong. ^_^

ReplyDeletehehehe Well, I guess that is just the life of a parent. Whenever we would clean the room or put the laundry in the closet, Dindin would also "help". heehee makes the job longer, but well, that is included in the family fun times list.

One of my dreams as a mother ay bonding time namin ni Una ay baking cookies. Good luck naman, I can't bake and we don't have an oven. Siguro tulad na lang sayo na scrambled eggs or pancakes na lang.

ReplyDeleteAwww that is so great. We are not in that stage yet marz, I think once only I invited Jake to help with me but it did not turn out well kasi ayaw na umalis. Ngayon if I asked him to help cook, he said No thank you. lahing Juan tamad siguro hehehe

one of the first things my son learned was also beating the egg! ;-D hihi... yeah, i think they do feel big when they are given tasks like that :)
